What is a "Memory Mate"? 

A Memory Mate is a custom 8x10 print that combines both the team photo and an individual photo. It also includes sport-related graphic and team name. For groups like band or other unique organizations, the Memory Mate design may be modified to fit the occasion. You can view sample Memory Mates on our website.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are usually completed and delivered within a couple of weeks. For team and school photos, products are typically distributed by the school, coach, or team representative. Online orders may arrive separately, depending on shipping and fulfillment.

Do I need to bring a printed form on picture day?

No, all orders will be placed online, so there's no need for a printed form.

What about “special” images such as siblings together, a player with their coach or parent, small groups, seniors, linemen, etc.?

These photos are taken if time allows on picture day, after all of the "required" photos have been captured. When you visit the gallery, you can select which images you want in your print package. If you are a coach or school rep, be sure to ask your team liaison if you'll get any free copies of the photos before you make your order. Some schools get digital copies of those photos to distribute to coaches and staff.
